Solve exercises 4.13 and 4.16. In 4.13 b) and c) use sigma = 2 and s = sqrt(12 / pi^2) instead of the parameters written in the exercise. In 4.16 b) use mu = 0.5 and sigma = 0.4 instead of the parameters written in the exercise.
